First study visit to the Netherlands for the PSD stakeholders was organised from 23 until 30 October 2005. In cooperation with PSD stakeholders, ATA had attempted to create a study visit program that will be interesting to all participants. Many institutions were to be visited, including the Ministry of Economic Affairs, a Chamber of Commerce, several Universities, but also private companies such as the ING bank. At times the delegation had split up in a Ministries/SMEs/Business Alliances group and a Universities group in order to give people from different backgrounds extra opportunities to exchange knowledge and to expand their network.
