The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Youth Sports and Non-Residential Issues in cooperation with the Agency for Coordination of Development and European Integration. In general, this event helps students and youth to better understand their role in active participation in this process, cooperating closely with partners and local institutions. In addition, a documentary movie was developed, showing perspectives of students and young entrepreneurs on innovation issues and entrepreneurship building. A celebration ceremony was organised on 9 May.

Workshops

One workshop was organised on 4 May for students and established young entrepreneurs. It was facilitated by local experts and aimed at building a platform where young entrepreneurs will share and exchange ideas with potential entrepreneurs. 

During the workshop, the advantages and disadvantages of being an EU member state were discussed and special emphasis was given to the development of SME's and the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation. Participants also got the opportunity to spot entrepreneurship opportunities as well as challenges in an enlarged Europe. The participants worked on case studies, video materials from real world entrepreneurs, and exercises which will help develop their creative and innovative thinking. Special emphasis was given to the EU mechanisms that promote the fore-mentioned and the situation in Kosovo. In addition, part of the workshop was devoted to a discussion about the barriers for development of entrepreneurship and innovative ideas in Kosovo.
