Successful Experiences In Removing Obstacles For SMEs in the Western Balkans Conference was held in Bar, Montenegro in December 2008.

During 2008 surveys were held among SMEs in the regions surrounding Bar, Bitola, Kragujevac and Zenica in order to identify the main obstacles faced by SMEs. Significant findings of these reports have been consolidated into a regional study, whose findings were a core focus of the conference, while barriers to doing business with EU were presented as well.
