Intern Assistant to the Directors
We
are currently looking for a flexible all-round intern to support the
Directors on a diverse range of organizational and practical issues and to assist
with SPARK’s Human Resources and Quality Standards. You will be based in Amsterdam
and will start on the shortest possible notice. The internship will be for a
minimum of either three months or six months full-time.
SPARK

What
will be your main tasks?
Assist in management
of Amsterdam office and communication with field offices;
Assist in monitoring
and enhancing the use of Quality procedures (ISO);
Assist in the organization
of staff training, staff recruitment, lunch & learn meetings, etc;
Assisting with the publication
of the SPARK Newsletter;
Assisting with
updating and reviewing the SPARK website;
Assisting with the
promotion of SPARK and representing SPARK at fairs in the Netherlands;
Contact management
system database entry;
Requirements
& assets:
BA or MA student
Good English and Dutch
language skills;
Good communication and
social skills and able to work in a multicultural setting;
Preferably available
as soon as possible;
What
does SPARK offer?

Remuneration of 175
(0,5 fte) or 350 (1 fte) Euro/month (net);
(On-the-job) coaching
and guidance;
Possibilities to
travel to South East Europe.
