 On 24 April, Spark attained full certification from the Centraal Bureau Fondswerving. The CBF is the Dutch independent monitoring agency for fundraising organisations and charities. The CBF is a member of the International committee on Fundraising Organisations (ICFO). The CBF assessed Spark on high standards of probity, integrity, project and organizational quality with positive outcomes. Spark was awarded the public certificate, CBF Keur, confirming that the organization is well-run and deserving of support. The CBF reassesses Dutch NGOs with the CBF Keur on a regular basis.
