Only two years ago, I was attending the final year of my economics studies, where I have received information about the activities of SPARK (formerlly called ATA) as well as the basic information on the business plan writing contest. It was an opportunity for me to present my knowledge and my business ideas, so I have decided to apply for the business plan writing contest with my idea “Employment Agency”. I successfully passed two rounds and, to my great satisfaction, made to the final round in Sarajevo, where my business plan and my business idea have been awarded with the first place. Following October 2006, the employment agency “Radunovic doo” has commenced its work.
 The Employment Agency RADUNOVIC deals with employment mediation, training and education of young people in oredr to provide them with the opportunity to gain practical work in important and rapidly developing national companies. The agency also supports entrepreneurship by supplying human resources as the basic capital for development, researching the labor market, working on projects and programs that aim to reduce unemployment. Some of our major clients are: Montinspekt, INTV, Tmusic doo.
As a regular associate, one experienced persion in employment mediation is employed in the Agency, whose job is based on contacting (interviewing) potential clients.
The business initiation brings about many barriers and challenges, since it involves issues that are new for me. Among the business barriers which we encounter are slow and complex administration, excessive paperwork, as well as tax policy, black market employment, etc.
I am ambitious and realistic; this business is a fine, but also very demanding occupation requiring a lot of knowledge, time and effort. However, working in this manner, we are expecting positive results.
